RIMA HATEM
CAREER COACH
Welcome to this corner of my page, where I share my passion for constructivist career coaching. A philosophical outlook on career development that extends beyond career-specific goals to encompass life planning in its entirety. An approach that empowers clients as active participants and collaborators, and positions them as the architects of their own destiny.
People embark on the path of counseling for a number of reasons. Some are driven by personal experiences – either the uplifting encounters with counselors during their own challenging times or, conversely, the desire to ensure others never endure the same tribulations. Then there are those who have been recognized as exceptional listeners, nudged toward a career in counseling and mental health wellness. For me it's a lifelong aspiration to connect with people, guide them through life's complexities, leave a positive, enduring impact, and be a part of something greater than myself.
